if pressure and temperature are different in an aircraft, than outside, then how these are adjusted while passengers come outside and get inside into an aircraft? Is it necessary to adjust these at each time of landing and take off? While flying above high altitude mountains what are the changes adjusted to these parameters?

I have just earned my commercial liscense for single and multi-engine. Rather than instructing are their any other opportunities for work. I have about 220 hours, 130 multi, and about 160 PIC. I have look for websites everywhere, but of course most all jobs have a mimimum of 500 required. Does anyone know of any websites that post entry level jobs for pilots other than instructing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is Tornado IDS the best strike fighter than F-35. I think the F-35 has no chance because it is not a low bomber.

I have been watching takeoff videos on YouTube from the passenger's window view, and I noticed that some planes seem to deadbeat after climbing about 1 minute. They seem to have difficulty reaching any height and they look like they are moving more horizontally than vertically. Others, like the 737 and the 757 go up effortlessly and with their nose pitched very high. Also, I noticed that some models of aircraft don't even get close to reaching the clouds after more than 5 minutes of climb! How high up are these seemingly unreachable clouds?

Propeller driven or jet engine, fighter or bomber, Air Force, Army or Navy. For me, it's a toss-up between the Hellcat Divebomber of WWII and the F-22 Raptor.
