Almost right...

Air Force One is a call sign. When the President is on an Air Force aircraft, it's call sign is "Air Force One." When he's on a Marine helicopter, the call sign is "Marine One." Same with Navy..."Navy One."

The Air Force currently has 2 Boeing 747's assigned to carry the President. When the President is not on board, they use a non-descript call sign that usually includes the tail number of the aircraft.

Air Force One is not a single plane but whatever plane the president happens to be flying on at the time.

Well, getting past the Airforce one designation, and talking about the current 747's; each one was built in the 500 million ballpark.
