I went to H&R last night...and the lady was too busy talking about her trip to pay attention to what she was entering and she entered my income wrong, and it stated that I only make $2000 a year..so it denied me..then she was like.."Oh, no" and tried to go back on the browser, to enter the info correctly. Once she did, they allowed her to continue, but at the very end, although they gave me the card, she said only $5.00 would be put on it..BUT lucky me..I can have my paycheck direct deposit...WHATEVER...has anyone had this happen, and can I have this somehow fixed..I should be eligible, and it is at the fault of the tax preparer...Also, how can I trust them to pay attention to what they are doing when they prepare my taxes if they have made such a SIMPLE airheaded mistake???
