i have a friend who is just a few months younger than i am and her dad claimed her on the last taxes, and i dindt think they could do that if you are over 18.

can she claim me as a dependant child? i dont work or go to school, i stay at home with my son and neice.

You can only be claimed up to age 18 as a qualifying child unless you are a full time student for some part of at least 5 months of the year, then the limit is under age 24. But there's another category, qualifying relative, that she can probably claim you in if you aren't a student. She can if she provides over half of your support for the year and your gross income for the year is under $3400. There's no age limit for claiming someone as a qualifying relative.

I think it's called "head of household" or something. For paying for the support of another adult.

If she is supporting you and you are not filing a tax refund, yes she can.

Yes she can, I assume because you don't work you are probably in school???? so she should be able to.
