I live in Naperville IL (Dupage County, School district 204). I got a house tax bill in mid of 2006. I was supposed to pay it in two parts by May 1st and Sept 1st.

My question is. Did I pay taxes for 2005 or 2006?

Near the ending days of a failed business, I neglected to pay the last quarter employment taxes due to no receivable income. The return was $800.00. Ifigured I'd have the $ in a week or so. I went out of business without paying and the tax authorities attached a jeopardy finding on me, which they presumed I owed much more (equal to when i had a much, much larger payroll), so now. YEARS LATER, I want to buy real estate, and can't qualify for a loan due to the lien. How long will it take me to get this lien resolved? What would be the best way to approach the IRS? Even with the original amount due, and penalties and fines it still shouldn't be more than a few thousand dollars. I could easily pay that.

Iam a commission agent representing Chinese companies for marketing their products to Indian companies. Will service tax be applicable on the commission I received from my Chinese suppliers? Likewise I also market some Indian suppliers products to Chinese buyers, and commission received from such Indian suppliers also attracts service tax ? Is there a way in which I can find a way out of this loss of income on both sides??

Is this True about the IRS and Section 861?

http://www.3rdear.com/861info/

VERY compelling.

At least 4 CPA's and about 7 attorneys discuss the IRS Code and the questions they asked.

Please do not answer until you have seen the presentation.

Otherwise, why should I believe your answer more than the CPA's and the Attorney's answers?
