My company I work for got sold,so I rolled over my 401K, and I received a 1099-R form. How do I file that, because I shouldn't owe taxes on that, but it says on form that I need to submit it ?

My employer is in New Jersey and I worked for his client in Arkansas (4-5 months) and rest (7-8 months) I was back to New Jersey. Now, what state taxes should I have to file? Only NJ or both NJ & AR?

Thanks for your help and I really appreciate, if you could point me to any source to shed some light on your comments.

Last year I went to a guy in Coatsville, but that was far away. I only paid 60 bucks though. It would be an individual tax.

Made a huge mistake due to many 1099's(whatever) mortgage interest forms. I file my 2006 taxes already electronically. I forgot to add one of the mortgage interest 1099 to my taxes. Is there anything I can do? Can I use it next year?

My refund was supposed to be direct deposited on Jan 26th. It was not. I finally spoke to someone at the IRS and was told that all refunds claiming the EIC, will be delayed an additional 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? How can they do this? It just seems so unfair to those of us who deserve this credit.
