Does Penn Foster School give you money back on your taxes? I guess I need to know if it qualifies as a college when you are filing taxes... Has anyone ever got money back from going to penn foster?

Their website doesn't mention anything about financial aid, so I'd check carefully before enrolling if you're looking for a tax credit for your tuition - most schools do talk about financial aid on their websites.

Ask them if you can apply for FAFSA aid to attend. If the answer is no, then you don't get a tax credit. You would definitely not get it if you're in their program for getting a high school diploma. For their career training options, if you can apply for FAFSA to attend, then you probably could get the credit, but again, since they don't mention it on their website, very likely not.

Good luck.
