The best source is to check with the finance department of the school. During tax season they need to send your 1098 form.

If it's post secondary school, it probably is. IRS Publication 17 has good information in Chapter 35. Under "Eligible educational institution" it says "...any college, university, vocational school, or other postsecondary educational institution eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the Department of Education"
