The only number i have is 800-829-1040 and 1954, can't get a live person on either of these....any help???

I know what are you talking about.... I tried to call these people too, but no chance. Write e-mails you don't get any answer too.
If you can the best way go to your local IRS Office and talk to someone face to face. Good Luck...

You can get a live person. You just have to be patient and be a fan of classical music! The best thing is to have something else to do while you wait. If you listen to the prompts, follow the ones regarding your tax account........
