I am starting a very small home daycare and wanted to name it a certain name. A business that runs a nanny service has a business name starting with the same name as mine but not the same words following it.Example:" Happy Smiles" to "Happy baby Care" Can I still name my business starting with Happy!?

Hello to all you creative minds! I sell a wide variety of items on line and I need a kind of generic name for my business. Not generic like boring or stupid. The name would not be able to identify the items that I sell. Like, Al Bundy's Shoe Store wouldn't work. I would like to have a name that is interesting, vague, easy to spell, fairly short, (So I can add the dot com) and easy to remember. BTW all you smarties out there that just thought of something silly or stupid to say, please do! You guys crack me up!!!

My vision is to sell trendy clothes for low prices. I'm into fashion and when you think about trends they change as often as the seasons do, so for those who don't want to spend a fortune on something that will be out of style the next month its a great idea in my opinion.
