I'm starting a business which will deal primarily in cash. My inventory will be bought with cash, and I will be selling via cash. I am wondering if I should start an LLC? If there is any software that can help me as a small-business owner as far as keeping track of inventory costs, and payments. I also need to know about the tax aspect... what would be the best thing to do there?

I've had an idea to create a t-shirt design for a very long time. It has a catchy phrase and symbol that will represent an organization and/or business I plan to start in the future.

I'd like to sell the t-shirts or offer them for donations to raise money for this project and spread the word. Yes, I know this idea has been done over and over, but I really think this will catch on with the public. Won't hurt to try right????

Ok, is there any way to market and sell the t-shirt without others attempting to take credit for the phase and logo/symbol design?

Where could I buy t-shirts in bulk and/or find someone to draw the design I have in mind for the t-shirts. Thanks

How does somebody start a new beverage? I have a great idea and have done extensive research, there is no product like this out there. I have a lab working on the formula now.
Once I have the actual product made what are the laws regarding distribution, FDA approval, etc...
What is the smartest way to have it bottled, labeled, etc...
I see many products, beverages, supllements, etc. that say they have not been approved by the FDA, so what is the real truth on this? Is FDA approval not needed?
Obviously new beverages pop up all the time so this is not such a far fetched idea I would think.
The product will be finished soon. I have a complete marketing plan, money to spend, etc.... I just need to know some details.
I have seen similar questions like this posted here before, but with no real concrete answers.
I have also tried to research these questions but have found it hard to find info on new beverage ideas.
Any help with my question would be great. Thank you!

I asked this previously but wanted to ask again in a diffrent way.
While 95% of the people I deal with are fair and reasonable, there is always those few who are not happy no matter what.
I'm not talking about someone with a valid complaint. Those I love because they help, not hurt by bringing it to my attention.
I think everyone in customer service has had them though. They get personal with you or your employees. They want something for nothing. Or maybe just like creating drama.
One time it got so bad I asked one customer to please take their business elsewere.
So I say the customer is almost always right. What say you?
