How can a real estate agent get business and be respected without putting his face on business cards? I don't like the idea of having my face all over the place. Thanks everyone!

If I were wanting to get experience before owning my own Skin Solutions or Medspa business? I thought of medical billing classes but I think these types of businesses operate on mainly a cash/credit basis. Unless you already own one of these businesses and have invested the capital already, there is not much available as far as training. Anybody have any ideas other than just business classes?

Ok, I have a way that I will be putting something on my product that is different from what is out there right now. Would that be something I could trademark. I believe it is, but not 100% sure. It is what makes my business stand out from others I believe that would be what a trade mark does. I am sure it isn't something I would copyright.

My brother put $40K in his franchise business with a 20 year contract. He lost his workers and could not do it by himself in this business. He considers terminating it as soon as soon as possible and will lose all his accounts, though. Is it possible to end his contract this way? Please advise me asap.

I know that 20% is the standard down payment for a mortgage. If I want to open a business that will require $3 million to start, do I need to come up with 20% of that myself?? Do I just need a business plan and no down payment of my own?

I printed a shipping label and paid for postage online. Do I just hand the box w/ the pre-paid label to the USPS counter people or is there some drop off container in which I can just leave it?

I estimated the weight of my package to be 3 pounds, but it may be more...

Thanks for the help

This in NOT an attempt to solicit or promot our business. I am coming here for honest answers from those willing to help.

My husband is a new wedding photographer in our area and we have send over 25 people to his website. Not one called back.

So, there must be something wrong? Can it be the prices? We are priced right below the average for our area. Can it be the website itself? There is a wierd picture that ended up in the home page slide show that needs to be removed. Can it be that people just don't like his style or taste? Is it a variety problem? He redid his website and does not have alot of variety up yet.

I know this might be a lot to ask of you all but for those who come here to help out (not just to earn points) will you be willing to help us figure it out? Will you to his website and see if you notice anything that might be keeping clients away?

I don't have much $ to start up. My husband has all the expertise. I believe there is no FFL needed since we won't be selling guns or ammo.
