I am starting a small business and I want to get all the paper work in as soon as possible. I was told that I can get all the forms needed online but I can't seem to find them or perhaps I am looking in the wrong place. If anybody can help me out I would appreciate it.

The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

I posted links for you in the source box pertaining to starting a business in Texas.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

In Houston was a office called "Small business Administration". I guess you need to look for it. Also the banks know about that too. Did you try that? Search on the Internet. Just click: www.smallbusiness.com. I just want to tell you, I try all that 1997 in Houston and didn't worked. I hope you having good luck with all that.
