But I dont know where to start, what to buy or where to buy. I need some in-expensive ideas I'm starting with about 1,000.00 to invest. I have thought about going to downtown LA to check out what the wholesalers have there, but hoping there might be one of you who has had experience with swap meets and might be able to give me some pointers, hot spots of where to get killer deals. Swap meets close to me. I live in Whittier. Thanks.

I am looking for sincere answers how family members all working for the business be treated as to Christmas Bonuses. Would you treat all members the same, or would you treat it based upon how long each family members have worked for you.? If you don't treat it equally do you think this would created family hardship between each of them? Please note all family members have been working each for 20 to 25 years for this family business and work equally just as hard as the next. Put yourself in my shoes and let me know how you would feel if you were a part of this family.

I need to create a pay stub for my employee, she is taking out a loan and they asked her for a recent pay stub with YTD earnings...I would like to know how to I go about creating one, what should be included in this pay stub, I just usually give her a personal check, so I have never done this before...I need help!!

I am considering getting into the business in order to stay home with my baby (due in March). I'm not looking to become rich or anything, I just want something to supplement my husband's income. Does anyone know of any other online acution sites other then Ebay? I had an account with them and was running a small business but because I had a buyer who did not receive the item she purchased in the mail, she harrassed me and reported me to Ebay, although I spoke with her several times on refunding her money and she refused, and Ebay has now indefinetly suspended my account. I have not had a good experience with Ebay and I know there has to be some other site out there like them. Any suggestions?

Im thinking about opening my a beauty salon here in NY and was wonderin if someone could give an idea of how much it would cost to open a decent salon.

I prefer answers from people with experience but it isnt necessary.
Id also like to get an idea of how to pay my stylist whether its a flat weekly salary or a percentage.
If its a flat rate how much?

Why are there no companies/small businesses that offer the service of 'you run out of petrol, we'll bring some to you'. ? I personally would benefit! lol honestly tho, if you took creditcard/switch or cash and just drove to where they are, bring them enough petrol to get them on their way for a flat rate of a tenner or so... magic!
