I represent an author who has written an illustrated book which I believe would be perfect for the Wal Mart market. Where should I send copies of the book for consideration for them to carry the book in their stores and to whom should I send it? I have enough books for immediate distribution. Thank You Most Sincerely, Louis

Bentonville, Arkansas is where they decide on what to carry and what not to carry. Remember that Wal-Mart is not in for you. They will want you book for as little as possible in as large a shipment as possible.

Personally, if I were you, I would try local book shops or internet sales first.

You would need to contact the corporate office for something like that. Talk to your local wal-mart's manager and see if they can give you a contact number and name in distribution.
