You gotta tell everybody which store for starters so we know who not to purchase from.
You deserve a refund. If it was a big store you would've spoken to someone by now so I'm guessing it's one of those one or two man operations.
You need to formerly file a grievance against this store with Google Checkout.
As stated on their site:
"GPC will provide various tools to assist Customers in communicating with each other to resolve a dispute that may arise between Buyers and Sellers with respect to their transaction. If Customers are unable to resolve a dispute, we can mediate disputes between buyers and sellers if either party requests assistance. If this occurs, we will review the dispute and propose a non-binding solution, if appropriate."
Good luck

HEY WAIT:
Last time I ordered software off of ebay I had to download it.
Maybe you got a web address with that confirmation where you can go to download it.
Give it a try.

The on-line store should not have billed your credit card until the order has shipped.

They can get an authorization on the purchase but they should not be billing your card until the order has shipped.

If they did... simply notify the Credit Card company that you want to dispute the charges... the shipper never sent the item. Then it falls on the shipper to prove that they did.

Good Luck

Not sure, but I would recommend in the future not to shop online from anyone except Amazon, they are good with costumer service.

yes, since you have not heard from them call you CC company and deny the charges due to non receipt of merchandise despite your multiple attempts to contact them.
