Believe it or not, I have actually made a decent living writing screenplays...but now that work is drying up. Writing (in any media) is my most marketable skill. How do I leverage that into a business? Am I dreaming?

I know it's location, location, and oh location but on average? Like a coffee shop, tanning salon, or McDonalds. With a fair location and staff.

It seems like it used to be, "Hey, I'll make a dollar, you'll make a dollar and your supplier will make one too." But now it's, "I'm going to get all three dollars and you figure out how you are going to make some money and then I want 10% payback of that!"
Even in general business it seems like everyone wants to screw everyone else and who cares if you go out of business because there will be someone else giving up their lives saving right behind you.
