I have several open credit card accounts, but I only have substantial balances on two accounts and a very small balance on a third. I never (or only once in a while) use any of the other accounts. I want to close some of my unused accounts but I am afraid of hurting my credit rating. Can someone give me some advice as to how to reduce the number of open accounts without seriously damaging my credit? As several of these accounts are held by the same financial institution, will credit card companies allow me to consolidate accounts onto one card with the higher credit limit of the two separate accounts?

My brother is 24 years old, and since he was 22 he hasn't been able to qualify for a Roth IRA because of his income. He has been fully funding his Traditional IRA since he was 22, is it still beneficial for him to have a Traditional IRA over a Roth IRA. He wants to pay taxes before hand, rather then when he is retiring. He knows that when he retires he will be in a lower tax bracket and he will be taxed less. What other benefits does he have with a Traditional IRA.

Also I am 22 years old and I am college student. I do not work but is there a way I can have a Roth IRA account.

Hello -

My checking account is 1.000,00 overdraw since yesterday.

I will deposit this money to cover my account tomorrow. I am out of the country right now.

It is ok to stay a few days with the account overdraw?

I am very afraid, even thought I will cover it tomorrow. Do the bank can cancel my account until then?

I am not able to talk with them because I am traveling.

Thanks
