Babysitting, tending to plants and pets while your neighbors are on vacation, dog walking, lawnmowing and other yard work (pruning, weeding, etc.), painting if you know how and are good at it, deck maintenance (waterproofing, wood staining), driveway & sidewalk maintenance (resealing asphalt, waterproofing concrete, filling cracks).
