ok assuming thats its supposed to be 154,000 and not 154.000
1.35% on top of £154000 is
£2079.00
[154000 x 1.35%]
however if 1.35% is included in the £154000 then its
£2051.31 rounded to nearest penny
[154000 x (1.35/101.35) ]
making the original amount £151948.69
[154000 - 2051.31]
