Can I open an account Online and have them send me the info from another country? such as Paris France? is this possible or would I have to go there to open one, I want to open one because I will be going there soon, and would like to have some money already waiting

As opposed to a debit card, credit card or check. This doesn't include parking meters or illegal stuff, like drugs.

I keep about $10 max in my wallet and a lot of change in the car for parking (I live in the city). Outside of that, I can't really remember the last time I used cash!

I wanted to know if people who get food stamps are allowed to have a bank and savings account? Will they be able to save by having a Roth IRA? Will they get penalized for having those accounts? They lose money going to the corner store and currency exchange. I want to help a mother in this situation. Please help.

Either in June or July I am going on a trip to Florida & I am starting to save up my money ever week when I get my paycheck from my job. ( part time job and I'm at 8 dollars an hour). How much money do you think I need to take out of my paycheck to save so I can have a few hundred of dollars worth for spending money when I go to Florida....also keep in mind that I have car insurance which is 230 dollars every month and 30 dollars for my cell phone bill every month, and 30 dollars every other week for gas....How much money should I save and keep for this trip? I'm trying to figure out what gross anual salary I need to buy a house.

I have no loans, no kids, I'm single. All I pay is car insurance for my 2000 Toyota Celica($10k car) a 2001 Suzuki sport bike($3000 bike) and for my 1994 dual sport motorcycle($1500 bike). scenario: i have non-taxable income from a structured settlement due to the loss of my mom due to a hospitals mistake which included monthly payments and lump sums every 5 yrs. I put some of my money in a cd account that earned 118 bucks in interest. Do i have to report this and if so do i report my non taxable income as well? pleease give me detailed info, the more the better.
