I feed a family of five, Husband and Three Teenage Boys. Plan your meals and write a grocery list. I spend about $100.00 a week.

For a couple about $200 p/w would be an average. If you have kids then you need to add at least another $100 p/w per child.
To help you with budgeting I'd recommend a personal finance software by Australian business Parcus Group.
Easy to use program with features including budgeting, financial planning, real estate analysis, shares valuation, life insurance...
Costs $29 so it's not a huge investment but a good value for money.
You can get it on http://www.parcusgroup.com/index.html...

I spend between 75-110 per week on groceries. This feeds my husband and I, plus his mother lives with us and eats some of the food I buy (i.e. the meals I cook), but she buys a lot of her own food. So I guess this feeds 2 1/2.

My Monthly Budget is $700 for Groceries, etc.

I actually have $0 debt and save about $2,200 a month!

Right now it's about $70. But, that's for myself, hubby, 20-month old daughter, and occasionally my mom & her hubby. But, mom & her hubby buy some groceries that we eat as well.

But, after the 'house-switch' is complete in July and mom & her hubby move back out into the smaller house, the grocery bill will change.

Per week, about $100.00, per person , but you can save alot by adjusting your menus to the coupons and specials in the weekly paper. Freeze the leftovers or when you make "more than enough", for another time....

$75 a week, that is for a family of four and does not include eating out. So about $300.00 plus a month.
