Only a friend or family will loan you money without charging you interest. Everybody else will charge you. Generally, the easier it is to get the loan, the more you will pay back in either interest or other charges.

Best idea: Make a budget and stick to it.

The only people who will lend you money without interest will be your parents, brothers or sisters.

The advance on your paycheck shops will certainly charge you a percentage. You have to realize, they have to pay the overhead of the shop, advertisement, employees, etc. They do take quite a chunk out of your check.

It sounds like you need to get a hold of your finances, and fast!
Try calling the places you owe and set up a minimum amount to pay each month. Pay off the smallest amount due first, then the following month, pay off the next smallest amount due, what you paid last month, plus add in what you paid the other bill (that's now paid off). Keep doing that and eventually you'll have them all paid off. Here's the big secret. Only buy what you need, not what you want. There is a big difference. You need to figure it out and stick to it. Good luck.

Apart from mum and dad, the only way from a bank without paying interest is to take it and run very fast then you can have free accommodation for a really long time.

There is no free lunch. DO NOT go to the Pay in advance. They are crooks. Get a second job.
