I have a real tongue-twister last name also, and frequently get misspelled bills and checks. People tend to spell my name phonetically, which is nothing at all like the actual spelling.
Rebate checks usually have an address on them. If the address matches, it should be ok.
If they won't cash it, just deposit it.

The general rule is this: If the name is not mispelled too bad, endorse the check with the way the payee's name is written, on the next line put your correct signature on it. If you go to the bank where you have an account, or a place of business which knows you, you will not have ant trouble cashing this check.

Print the name on the back of the check the way it is spelled on the front. then print your name the way you spell it, next sign it the way you sign your signature. At my bank the check is deposited into my account until it clears.
The bank just wants you to admit that you knowingly accepted the check and are responsible for it if there is a charge back.

You probably can't cash it, but you can deposit it into your account.
Most banks will let this go through.
I would take it to the bank in person.
Rebates are a pain, you wait 3 months and it comes with the wrong name
Good Luck

That is a huge misspelling. I doubt that you can cash it, but you would be able to deposit it into your checking account.

Technically it will be a difficulty, yet really it will be advantageous. bypass money it and do not even imagine two times. If the commercial corporation has a difficulty, they are going to allow you to recognize, yet danger is they don't seem going to rigidity about it.....as long as you've an account with them.

You can try, but go to a teller and if they do not pick up on it, then you should be fine....but they may notice and you can be like "oh, whoa, I did not even notice that" Don't deposit it through the ATM, because if they notice it later, they will take it back out of your account.
