My friend and I were thinking about crazy stuff, and came up with he topic of credit cards, and seeing as we are not experienced in credit cards we figured we'd ask for help with a question. I feel like an idiot for asking, but does a credit card cost money if there is nothing on it and you plan to put nothing on it?

Hi, I am just about 19 and I am looking to get a credit card, but I don't know what one to go with. I don't plan on using it like crazy and I don't have the intention of paying it off for years, but at the same time, I don't want to take the chance and have a high intrest rate incase something comes up. Does anyone know of a good starter credit card?

I am from another country and have a great job in USA. My company has an excellent 401 k plan. We will probably be going back home after 10 years or so, so I was wondering whether I should enroll or not. Would I be able to get my hard-earned money if I'm living outside USA? How would it all work?

Should laws be brought in to deal with these criminal types?

Are the banks ripping you off with excessive charges?

Or is this is how the City rapes the poorer nations and how we live in luxury (well, the rich cats so)?
