I'm trying to get out of debt before my wedding next year. I'm in the middle of getting a 2nd job and find a weekend job. I'm also going to sell some stuff on ebay. Is there anything else I can do? I thought about selling avon or something.

As for selling AVON let me tell you I am a AVON Rep. It is a good to get into as a full time or part time job. I started for the same reason as you did. It makes decent money. Plus if you like their products, it gets you a discount as well. If interested in some information. Go to my website click on the BECOME A AVON REPRESENTATIVE section. You should be able to get the information you need. Good luck in all you do.

I'd look for ways to decrease spending. Don't rule out shopping at the thrift store, you can find a bunch of hidden gems. My advice is when you need stuff, especially clothes, go there first, then you'll have more money to invest in the things you can't get there. Also, evaluate your debt, make larger payments on the stuff with the highest interest rates first and what ever you do, don't get more debt, do not use your credit cards and when you think about grabbing a burger on your way home, try instead to wait and have a sandwich when you get there. It's all the little things that add up.

Also, you can go to http://www.treasuretrooper.com/173384 and make some money. It doesn't cost anything and takes hardly no time. They send out checks once a month and use can use that to make an additional principle payment on your debt. Put all those together and you'll be debt free in no time!

You could go to a debt counselor - it is free and the advice they can give can teach you better budgeting skills for life - you don't have to have them manage your bills if you are not at risk or in collections just tell the counselor you are wanting to start your new life with better habits. :). There are also some great on line reads at: NFCC: http://www.nfcc.org/

Also couponing and planning a strict budget can save you the stress of juggling 3 jobs.
GOOD LUCK!

If you're fortunate enough to have great parents with some money, you could ask them to bail you out as your wedding present. You can also have a money tree at your shower or the wedding in lieu of gifts, which seems to work pretty well.
