who and how do I complain on a CPA or a tax service provider not doing his job but charging in advance for his service. now when asked to fulfill his job, he is not answering the phone calls, nor responding to the emails.
He has all my company information, and also does my company payroll.
I would like to change him but do not know how to proceed with that.
Can any one help.

Recently I ordered some clothes online, on the 12th to be exact. My order was placed and to be shipped standard by FedEx. I'm anxious and attempted to track my order, I have the tracking number but apperently FedEx doesn't recognize it or have the information. have been a a new job for two weeks. I am in a sales position, and I was talking two my boss and she asked me if I like selling! Isn't that odd considering I am one of her salespeople? Then she told me I was very good at it, and then asked how long I was out of work before taking this job, as I was out for several months...Whta was she getting at? I am so confused! I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to have a flex spending account. The plan does not offer a debit card so claims need to be sent by mail. I sent in my claim form with receipt for a prescription on 1-15. I was told on 1-26 that my claim was received. I was told today that my claim was processed (2-15). I was then told the check would be mailed in 2-3 business days and should expect to receive my check in 10 days or so. That is nearly 6 weeks without my money. I know I'm saving money on taxes but if I have to wait 6 weeks, my money could be earning interest (and for people using their credit card to pay...saving on finance charges!) and save myself the hassle of filling out paperwork, postage, making copies (I've had lost claims) and having to call to follow up on the claim/reimbursement.

Is this normal? I have CIGNA and can't believe it takes this long to process a reimbursement.

I received a check from the Imperial Foundation Lotto. They claim I have won n ultimate prize of $114K. The check is suppose to be for clearence fees of $2840.00 as the lotto is held in Dublin, Ireland. Before being awarded the grand prize a commision of $6K is to be paid to my sponsor. This reaks of a scam. The check definately looks real though. Does anyone know anything about this?

I called a lawyer wanting to set up a consultation to set up a land contract to buy a house. He said his preference for me, and the owner I'm buying from, would work better if a promissory note was signed and a title search was done. He said in the end I would have the title and own equity, but the owner would own the house and it'd be like a lien til I paid it off.

Does this make sense? Do you think the owner is likely to go this route rather than the land contract?

I know some people who keep stuff they got from Saddam's palace/s as well as from the palace of his son Uday. I think museums might be interested in buying them as well as some rich people who collect such items. How can I find those who would be interested? How can I approach them? I've posted a similiar question about this company before to let you know ahead of time, i've signed up for the National Do Not Call Registry, and I have tried to contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau). But in order to file a complaint with them online you need to know all of the company's information which i do not know. My problem is this i've been called many times by this automated system that says press 9 to speak to a rep to lower your credit card interest rate or press 8 to be taken off the call list. If you press 8 it says it's and invalid option and the message starts over. I have spoken with a rep and asked to be removed from the call list many times and i keep getting calls. The most recent call I got, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the person said they were the supervisor, I told the problem and she gave an 800 number to call and be taken off of their call list which turned out to be fake. WHAT CAN I DO?
