I've posted a similiar question about this company before to let you know ahead of time, i've signed up for the National Do Not Call Registry, and I have tried to contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau). But in order to file a complaint with them online you need to know all of the company's information which i do not know. My problem is this i've been called many times by this automated system that says press 9 to speak to a rep to lower your credit card interest rate or press 8 to be taken off the call list. If you press 8 it says it's and invalid option and the message starts over. I have spoken with a rep and asked to be removed from the call list many times and i keep getting calls. The most recent call I got, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the person said they were the supervisor, I told the problem and she gave an 800 number to call and be taken off of their call list which turned out to be fake. WHAT CAN I DO?

I am posting this just after receiving yet another call from this same exact company!! I'm SO frustrated. Every time I have tried to press 9 and have my name removed I get hung up on. No matter my disposition, I get the hook. So, today I thought I would play along long enough to get their information. A company name, a phone number, something! To no avail. She asked if I was holding for lower interest rates, and asked if I had more than $2,500 in credit card debt. I said yes and then the phone went silent. Not a hang up, not on hold, but silent. I would love for someone to provide any info possible on getting this to stop. I have been getting these ridiculous calls for months, and they come about twice a week. I have been on the do not call list for a long time - years. I have even reregistered to be sure it didn't run out or something. Now... it's the principle of the matter. The hang ups are infuriating. Anyone???? Anyone know more about this scam?

What we need is someone at the Feds that knows how to eliminate this company. We report this group time and time again, why are they still calling us. I am on the Do Not Call list and have been for a long time. I get two, sometimes 3 calls a day from these nuts at Card Services. Why is there a DO NOT CALL list if the Feds don't enforce it? I have submitted several complaints to them and I still get the calls.

The Do Not Call registry only applies to companies with whom you do NOT have a present or former relationship. So, likely your name and phone number were provided by a company or bank you've had a relationship with.

You *could* just not pick up the phone when they call. Or you could pick up the phone and as soon as you determine its them, press 9 to speak to a rep, and when they come on the line, sing them a nice song. Pretty soon, I bet they'll quit calling. :)
