The older bills have 'United States Note' on them and the current bills have 'Federal Reserve Note' on them. Does this mean it is only good for a currency collection? I am not from the US so I don't know the answer.

Because I have many statements from strip clubs, brothels and from escort services, and if my wife finds out, I could lose her superannuation benefits. I'm planning on retiring at 50 then I can use our superannuation and welfare for non-washed up women, alcohol and gambling. I'm sick of my wife using our savings for personal benefits, so I think being the king of the household, I'm entitled to relax a bit, outside of the home. If I can get my VISA statement send to my email address instead of it being posted out, I'll be a very happy man

I have a parcel post package thats supposed to be arriving but it isnt. I checked tracking and it only says Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 24, 2006 to expect your package for mailing.
Does this mean the sender already sent the package and its on its way? Whats going on?

The store at which I work recently ran a coupon:

$10 off a *single item* priced $10 or higher.

A customer tried to buy socks that were priced 3/$12. She claimed that if they were sold *individually* for a higher price than 1/3 of the group selling price, then they were legally considered a *single* item when purchased as a group. (If one pair rings up at $5, but three pair ring at $4 each.)

Does anybody know if there is any legal validity to her claim?

I am a freelance writer who works for magazines but I'm tired of making peanuts and would like to take a course in copywriting. I'm considering sending away for the course offered by the American Writers and Artists Institute. it costs $507 and is said to be excellent. They even claim to help their "graduates" get copywriting jobs afterwards. Anyone out there finished the course and got a job through them? Any other at home copywriting courses you want to recommend? I have my first copywriting job lined up and I have no idea what I'm doing.

I design crafts & Jewlery.... I have a store interested in buying some for thier display.... I can sell 'X' for $20.00 on my own; Would a 50% discount off that be(selling wholesale to the store) too much? I would cover my expenses plus a very small profit.
Thanks for any help.

My friend and I went in on a gym contract (3 years). We are not even halfways into it and she's already stopped making her half of the payment. I know that it was a stupid decision on my part. If I call them and tell them she passed away, do you think they would take her off of the contract or replace her with someone else?

I work for a pet store that offers care guides on how to take care of pets. I often have people come in who do not speak english well. A lot of the pertinant information on how to properly keep an animal alive is lost in translation. How costly would it be for a large company to offer customer information in several languages, including Mandarine, Japaneese, Russian, Arabic...etc...? All the guides are kept online, so all we have to do is log into the intranet system and print what we need, so space is not an issue.

Since i dont know what are the dealings with all these customs (and other taxes) and import licences etc. i am looking for one professional importer exporter who's engaged in all these. He will take some commission, work in lieu of me and so make my way out.
