This seems to be a question only those in certain business positions can answer but I would certainly like to know so I can stay away from these companys! I am asking for US citizens please!

Capital One, by far. They reported a false delinquency on my credit report years after the reported the same delinquency on my father's report! How that happens, I have no clue. They took nearly 6 months to clear it, costing me a higher payment on my car. JERKS!
