I work for a pet store that offers care guides on how to take care of pets. I often have people come in who do not speak english well. A lot of the pertinant information on how to properly keep an animal alive is lost in translation. How costly would it be for a large company to offer customer information in several languages, including Mandarine, Japaneese, Russian, Arabic...etc...? All the guides are kept online, so all we have to do is log into the intranet system and print what we need, so space is not an issue.

This is a HUGE company, it is against policy for me to say which one. We do not have in store internet access, and distributing doctored documents is HIGHLY against policy. I'm talking company wide, log onto the internal data base and print out info in Japaneese.
