Will Ford's funeral close the stock exchange?

NASDAQ will be closed Tues Jan 2, as will the Fed main office and the bond and commodities markets. Fed meeting notes will be delayed til Wednesday. Still waiting for announcement from NYSE and on a Treasury auction scheduled for the 2nd.

NYSE also closed Tues Jan 2!!

Yes. It's tradition that the stock exchange closes in honor of a President's funeral.

Good heavens I should think not.... It is NOT holiday so I am sure it will go on as usual.
