Okay, this question is long and perhaps a bit weird, but Id still love some input on it. A friend of mine bought a reptile from a breeder. The breeder is located in Michigan, and my friend is located in TX. My friend assumed the breeder would ship the snake to him, since the breeder usually ships snakes. On the breeders website, there is a notice warning buyers that although many reptiles there can be shipped..a few can not. My friend put down a 25% deposit on the snake, which costs 5K total. My friend signed the TOS, only to later discover in an email that the breeder WILL not ship the snake & if my friend doesnt come to pick it up..he will loose his deposit because the deposits are none refundable. In the TOS it states that the BUYER is responsible for asking whether or not an animal can be shipped, and failure to do so will not be the breeders fault, nor will the breeder be liable for any losses. Who is to blame and is there anything my friend can do?

I'm moving to San Francisco in January and I was wondering if there'd be anyway to set up a p.o. box there ahead of time. I want to avoid the frustration of mail being forwarded then getting lost, etc. during the relocation process.

Purchased merchandise from Kendall Corporation for $5,300 under credit terms of 1/10, n/45, FOB shipping point, plus $240 shipping charges. The invoice showed that at Hanifin's request, Kendall had paid $240 shipping charges and added that amount to the bill.

I am also now wondering if this company skipped town with my money! Did anyone else have this experience & if so, what do I do to get my money back? THIS WAS THE POSTING I SAW from somone else talking about the same thing: "How can I get information on a Comapny that Yahoo gave top service awards to & disappeared 2 weeks ago?Five weeks ago I ordered a clock from a comapany called Aggressive By Nature. This Company received top service awards from Yahoo. The clock cost me $500 and two weeks ago this Company disappeared from the face of the earth with my $500. The site was up and running as of 10/14/06. Does anyone know how I can track down this Company or its owners? Their phone is gone, the website gone & their e-mail doesn't work. Their is no listing for this Company when I try to search for them on the web."

I have 2 in-laws who have tried to explain to me how great this program is, yet from everything I can see, the prime focus is on recruiting members to sign up below you in the pyramid, vs. selling services or products at better deals then can be had retail.

Every time I ask about what the services are that I would sell are, I get names like Cingular, but no specifics.

My hunch is that unless you can provide a better deal to someone, all that will end up happening is the members of the Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing group will be selling themselves, and maybe family and friends, the services, and trying to recruit more downstream members who do the same. Great if you are near the top, otherwise not so good.

What's your experience been with the plan?
