when getting to court the judge can say what the contract means to say is........
on my one year lease the owner put me as the leasor and herself as the leasee. she is trying to evict and wont accept payment so should i take her to court. i tried to tell her from the begining it was incorrect but she ignored me so i signed the lease. going by the lease as it reads she owes me $2000.00 per month and is currently behind. will this hold up in court. she is doing an illegal eviction anyway.

Particularly in California, stores like Ralphs or Albertsons are shutting down. Advertisements or such can't be the only reason for the pricy goods and "shut-downs". I now have to drive an extra mile to my favorite grocer. What is really going on?

I'm looking for a program like Quickbooks (if not QB itself) that I can use online. Why is it that so much stuff we buy is made in China??Whatever happened to American pride and quality????It seems that all the familiar brands,(Black and Decker,Coleman,etc.etc.are now all imports,of poor or questionable quality-Sure,it's cheap,but most of it falls apart quickly,especially tools.Can anything be done????

I recently started my own single-member LLC company in the state of Texas and need to begin paying myself a salary. I realize there are all sorts of taxes and such I need to take out but I don’t know how and how much. Does anyone have (or can anyone point me to) information on how to pay myself a monthly salary via my single-member LLC subject to the terms of the state of Texas?

More specifically:
* What taxes and other fees need to be taken out, what percentages, and how do I take them out?
* How do I pay the respective taxes to where they’re owed, and how often?
* Must I pay myself a consistent salary or can it flex +- a couple thousand each month?

None of my banks will cash the check in because I don't have an account with them. And the one bank that I do have an account with...they told me that they had to send the check back to Canada and because of that they will take a good chunk out of the check to pay a fee....

Are there any other ways of cashing in this check? Ive been to Bank Of America and a credit union on the space coast here in Florida.

I recieved a letter from US Claims Service, a company in Bakersfield CA that said I have unclaimed money/property. They want me to send $49.95 + tax and they will send me the forms to fill out to claim my money. I've never heard of this company and tried to research them online, but I couldn't find anything about them. Has anyone heard of them? Or done business with them?
