I recieved the same letter, I checked it out at the bank first had them call Chase, the check is not valid. I also called the number on the letter two nights ago at 10:23pm and was surprised when the answer I got was "What the f*ck are you doing calling so late, don't you knwo what time it is" "click" It is a scam just frame the check in the "wish it was" frame and go back to our pathetic lives

Hi There!

I just got my mail and also received a letter from National Dictaphone Processing Services, along with a check. Did you speak with these folks? Did you find out anything -- whether this is a scam or not?

Thanks so much!

Yeah, really...I could understand them sending info about being a school, employment facility traceable through web...ummmm Bet it is a scam and an old one at that...Whatever you do, do not cash that check at your bank because of numbers on deposit slip, etc. Ask bank to hold to verify if legit? Peace
