what you need is to go to a patent office and research and see if it is already invented second then you need to apply for a patent for your idea then you need to think about how to bring your idea to market or sell your idea to a company.

Approach a venture capitalist firm. They help in patenting and investing in your idea. Search for venture capitalist on Google, make a good presentation of your idea and go talk to them.
