Office romances can be bad in so many ways because it is very hard for both parties to keep clear lines between work and romance. Often what should be strictly work is carried over into the romance and vice versa. Not to mention that if the romance ends badly, you will be facing each other regularly.

When at work, your mind needs to focus on what you are being paid to do. An office romance makes it next to impossible to do your best work and if the romance sours, being around the ex can be even more difficult to manage. Find romance away from work if you value your job or if you expect a good reference if you ever need it.

flirting at the office is fun - but being around someone you are serious about all day could lead to problems... not always though - each fling is different - only you know if it is really worth it (and as long as it doesnt jepordize said job)

while on the job flings are sooo easy due to the time spent being around certain people for long periods of time they seem to be very aggravating when a problem arises and you cant escape because THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!

NEVER go fishing off the company dock...especially if you love or must keep your job. Too many complications can occur...
