If you have someone volunteer their time how do you give them a tax letter for their services?

You have to have it state their name, description of service provided. Amount of item donated (if it be time, mileage or actual item)

It has to have your tax exempt Company name and number on it and signed.

Preferably on letterhead from the organization

They can keep there time down using a plain log with millage and time worked how much money there time is worth how much gas they used Food they ate just about anything is legal if you keep the paper work.
