Not sure what you are asking- if you are asking about taboo topics then things such as religion, sex, infections, politics, gossip and race top those list.

If you are talking about things we have overheard- i think the worst thing i ever heard was this guy who was talking on the phone to his dr about a certain thing that was dripping on his body... ICK!!!
