When a people buy a car, or any vehicles, it is compulsory for them to insure it. But while comes to insure their own life, they never buy happily. Either take it for tax saving purpose, or if he is convinced by some good life insurance agent advisors.
Why people think that agent advisors are getting benefitted, why don't they think that they are insured for their life and after them, their family is going to be secured in future.
Especially woman, who never think of insure herself. If husband is working he has life insurance, but they never think of their spouse. Why?????????
IS OUR VEHICLE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OUR LIVES????????????
Since I am in this field since last two years and above, and I had a real feeling on life insurance policy. It is difficult to convince people to sell them policy. Though it should be such that person who does not have life insurance, they should come forward and buy it. Don't think that the agent is getting benefitted. It is their way of earnings.

Does anyone have any advice on whether it is worth spending the additional money to get all of the premiums back with return of premium? I know that I could invest the additional money myself and have access to the money. However, forced savings does have some merit.

Otherwise how would they know if you had a pre-existing condition? You could just lie and say u never had anything and act like it just now got diagnosed. I mean, unless u tell them who ur doctor was before this, they would have to search every doctor's records in the state/country. Or is there just a database where they can type in your name and find out your medical history??

My mom had brain surgery to remove 2 aneurysms. She now is physically disabled and can not work. Her health is so poor she will probably never work again. Her health insurance company she had with her old job just dropped her and I found a company named Cobra that will accept her for now but they want almost 1,000 now and then over 400 a month. No one in our family can afford this sort of payment and she has to have health insurance. She is 62 years old. Would she qualify for medicare? What would you do in my situation? I am so worried thanks..

I have recently submitted my settlement offer to State Farm for a claim after one of their insured hit me and was at fault. My vehicle has since been repaired - vehicle repairs and rental have been paid by them already. My injuries are healed and therapy is completed after 6 weeks of treatment. I faxed all the papers on Thursday 01-11-2007. How long should I wait for a response before contacting them again?

I'm a senior in high school and am planning on taking off the first semester of college this fall... just because I need a break and I know it will do me a ton of good. I will go back! but... if you are not a full time student, you don't have health insurance anymore if you are under your parents'... what i'm wondering is... if you get dropped from being health insurance for not being a full time student, will the insurance pick you back up once you are a full time student again? I know it's only until you are 25 or something... but will they do this? I am going to call my insurance to be sure... just wondering... I don't even know if i'll get dropped in the first place if it's only a semester because I heard something about you can have insurance until you are 19 whether you are a full time student or not... but after that it drops if you are not.. because I will be eighteen when I eventually do start college... anybody have any suggestions?

I have looked for about 1 week and have been unable to find what I would consider "reasonable" rates or premiums.

Has health insurance premiums gone through the roof? You can answer this questions but I really need help with my first one.

Please note that I am looking for an actual plan and not a discount health card.

My husband is self-employed and makes a good living, but we can't afford individual health insurance. He has no employees so we are not eligible for group insurance. Our income is too high for assistance. Individual insurance would cost us $1500 a month. I am unable to work full-time at this time and I don't know of any part-time jobs that offer benefits. We belong to a medical discount program but that would definitely not protect us in the case of a catastophic illness. Any suggestions?

Whether its whole life, universal life, or variable life, when you pay your premiums, your premiums are being paid for two things: 1) Term insurance and 2) Cash value.

At the beginning, most of your premiums are paid toward the cash value. As you get older, term insurance gets more expensive, so less of your premiums goes toward the cash value.

So the notion that says cash value life insurance isn't Term insurance is not true. Both provide coverage to age 95 or 100. But cash value policies has term insurance premiums that goes up every year, even though premiums as a whole may remain level. But buying term insurance by itself remains level for awhile and only go up when you renew it.

If that's now how cash value work, then what do you make of it?

I received very good quote from eSurance on my 2 vehicles. My friends told me that sometimes insurance companies (especially those less expensive) can drop their clients after claim, which results in higher rate later on. Does anybody have any experiance with Esurance and their claim department. I can save a lot of money by switching to Esurance but if that's going to get me in trouble I'd rather stay with my currant provider and pay them more. Anybody experianced "droping" by the auto insurance company? Esurance have a lot of commercials on TV and radio but does that make them good? Any suggestions? Please give me any answers. Thank you!

I know I asked this question before. However, that was probably 2 months ago.....and still no payment. The insurance says the police have not cleared me, the beneficiary, of any involvement of the insured death yet. The police have not talk to me for 4 months. In fact, they are avoiding my calls. Is there any rules regarding insurance company paying out only if the police find the suspect or convicting the criminal? I voluntary took a polygraph test a PASSED, and the insurance company told me the police have not cleared me yet!!! Come on!!! The policy was over 3 years old. I am in the process of requesting help from the State Ins. Board or Commission. However, they seem pretty busy...they have not assign me a person to help me yet....been 3 weeks. They said give them 45 days to reply. I know ins. co. suppose to pay within 45 days. This has been almost 6 months. Patience is a virtue!
