A few large, group dental plans (like, through your employer) will pay a portion (usually not more than half), but it's not common, and you won't find it on a private policy.

the only exception to this, would be cosmetic dentistry that is RESTORATIVE in nature, where you had an accident of some sort and damage to your mouth from the accident.

Probably not. Insurance by definition does not cover anything that is cosmetic, or in other words, not medically neccessary.

Nope. Anything cosmetic or elective that isn't health-related, you're going to have one heck of a time finding coverage for.
