I need to find at least 5 outside sources about speeches from hillary clinton and Mitt Romney dicussing health insurance and articles about their goals etc.

Oh, please! Politicians LOVE helping out with this stuff! Just go to their websites, and send them each an email asking for 5 outside sources. I"m sure they've got scrapbooks! And their flunkies will read the emails and respond to you, probably within a couple of business days.

The quickest way is an online search through a library hosted domain such as Ephost or Ebsco. If not, you can try public search engines. As a college professor, I recommend a library based resource. You will get precisely what you need pronto.
