I received multiple quotes from various agencies or companies for multiple cars, some had a lot different premiums than the other one, even $ 800 to $1.000 difference on 6 months policy on same coverages, my question I wanted to ask, does it make a difference where you buy it from ? does the big names of well known Insurance companies costs more ? thanks for your opinions,

I heard that if you have medicaid because of low income(poor). You are required to pay back those bills that you use to cover on the medicaid, when you income reached certain number( which mean pay for it when you are rich, Right or Wrong???).

I have a flex plan through my employer. When my daughter got glasses, we went to a non-par provider (LensCrafters), so I used my flex card (like a credit card) to pay. Then I submitted a claim to VSP, for out of network reimbursement. If they send me a check, is that wrong?

Went to the doctor, entire visit added up to about 550.00. He billed my insurance first for cortisone injection at a total of 134.00 and got paid 91.00, month later he billed insurance for same procedure (only went one time to the doctor) at 1434.00 (same cortisone injection) and got paid 961.00. So he got over 1000.00 for a 550.00 visit and now has billed be for an additional 285.00. I don't think I should have to pay this, but need to know who to contact to find out if I am liable for this payment. Any suggestions???

I don't really know anything about buying homes, but I'm considering buying my first house. I've heard that you have to have home owner's insurance. Do you really have to get it or is it just an option?

Can I just pick the lowest amount of coverage? Say my home costs 72,000 can I get the insurance that will cover up to 35,000 in damage to the building? I have to have flood insurace if I buy this house because its in a high risk flood area, however it is supposed to be coming out of the flood plain later this year, so I really just want the flood insurance that will cost the least. Any adivce?

I am going to need medication, I won't have health insurance. I am addicted to the medication. The medication is too much money ($180 for a month, plus doctors fees). What do I do?

I am not poor, I juts have no health insurance! Wasting all that cash on the medication sounds like a bad idea.

I have heard both sides of this argument & I can kind of see both sides of it. What is your opinion?

1. you should own & pay for your life insurance policy for your spouse. Because you want to provide for the family some funds after your death & feel it is your resopnsibility to do so.

2. your spouse should own & pay for it. Because they are the ones benefiting from it. If they want to be taken care of, they should be the one to take the steps to do so. You would be willing to take all medical exams & what ever is needed to get it done, but they need to initiate & get it.

Do I need seperate Commercial General liability policies for each individual office location or is one policy sufficient?

Many people say that you should not own your policy & that it should be in a trust so that it is not part of your estate. But, when you die, it is not in your estate, it goes to the bene right?

Is there a right/wrong, good/bad way to handle policy ownership? What about making changes? if you dont own it, can you make changes if you need to?

Also, in what instance should the bene be the trust or a person?
