I heard that if you have medicaid because of low income(poor). You are required to pay back those bills that you use to cover on the medicaid, when you income reached certain number( which mean pay for it when you are rich, Right or Wrong???).

Wrong.. Absent parents have to pay the Medicaid reimbursement for their kids but I have never had to pay my Medicaid back.. If u are poor, u will more than likely be on some kind of assistance and will NEVER make enough to pay them back..
