i graduated last August with a BS degree in biology. I decided not to go to grad school right away so I could be with my family in a difficult time. I cannot find any job. I am not looking for a job in biology , i have no high standards all i want is a full time job that offers health insurance. I have tried for everything: bank teller, car rental, telemarketing, collections. (just to name some to give you an idea) I recently went to a temp agency and never heard back from them. I can gaurentee you it is not my resume, dress, lack of professionalism or any other silly thing that could be easily corrected. I just need to know where I can get any job. Just a job with insurance that is full time and preferably normal hours. And if you have to know i live in Cleveland,oh. I need money and volunteer work is out of the question, and also does not offer bennefits.

I am very passionate about starting a non profit organization for victims of abusive family members. I will do this, but do not know the first thing about how to go about it. I did some research and learned that I can try to find a fiscal sponsor to help with the startup costs. I learned that I need to find one that is somewhat similar to the type I am starting. I don't know what that is or where to begin.

Ok. I know a job is nothing to be picky about, but I need a job that can work around my schedule because I go to school from Monday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm. I can't take no minimum pay job because I have credit card payments because of all the gas I spend to go to school (50 miles total to and from home to school). So does anyone know ANYONE. PLEASE HELP!!!

I am a mortgage broker and have been since 2001. I have a masters degree in Finance and not only know how to do loans, but I truly believe in "customer service and fairness."
My question is this; is it fair for me as the mortgage broker to charge $995.00 on the front as my broker fee, $0.00 in YSP, and give the borrower the lowest possible rate? I have been doing this for several months now, but really wondered if people really do care about fees. Yes, I want to continue to make a living in this business, but the last two months I have closed 6 loans each month, but after my split with my company, I take home $1500 a month. I won't last long if I keep this up....any suggestions????

If i were to win the illinois lottery say like 10 million... how much taxes would i have to pay ? State and Federal taxes at time of claim and then ... interest income on the money every year if i put it all in a savings account ?? Anyone know what the percentages would be... It was agreed upon both sides when my last day of work was. I told unemployment I was laid off and my company said I was fired thus getting a letter that stated my filing for unemployment is under review. How do I correct this and will I be denied. I was never written up for poor performence as my employer stated that the reason of termination nor did I received a 30-60-90 day review of my job. Also did not abuse or neglect anything or anyone. Do I agree that I was fired saying I misspoke, fight my side, or say that I was unsure what happened thus the reason why I picked what I did. i aslo filed the claim before the last day of pay but was told this would not cause a problem

I am considering cashing out my 401K when I leave my company next month. I am not retirement age. I have a vested balance of $60,000 available. What are the tax penalties? I think that it is 20% right off the top and then subject to a 10% tax penalty when I file my taxes in January. Is that correct?

My house is in forbearance and someone offered the option of a lease buy back program where an investor comes in and buys my home and then I lease it from him for 12 to 24 months with extra cash out then I would buy it back. Is this safe? Can he just end up keeping my home? Do I pay him rent? Can I buy it back at the same price? I need some advice quickly please. Thank you in advance!

We are moving out of state within the next year. We are not sure excatly when we will move, but we are moving. In this market it can a while to sell.

So I am thinking we should try to sell our home and if we do sell it we can rent until we offically move to our new state. Of course, if we sell to an investor we may be able to rent out the home we are already in, until we move.

And I figure if the home doesn't sell by Sept. we can take it off the market till next Spring and see what the market is like then.

Any opinions? Comments?

My dad just told me he has about 300 acres of land in Croatia somewhat farm country about 18 minutes away from dubrovnik.. He has no paper work for it here as he has been in america for 25 years...but is sure its his and sure that somewhere there is record of it in Croatia ..he said I can have the land as he is getting old.. and well you know... does anyone know where I should start in the Usa id call a realestate agent or lawyer but things are a little diffrent there...andone have any email address or phonenumber websites ect..to help me.. please dont just tell me call a croatian lawyer because I dont know a croatian lawyer... I don't understand how this works. People have told me that if I don't claim myself, I'll get more money back. The gov't will be paying me more? Or is it just that my refund will be larger because they're taking more out?
