I received the letter with the information that I have been accepted for credit card service. What do I have to do is; fill the form which was enclosured and send it back (freepost). But there is also Application set-up fee £44.99. Everything seems to be ok but in the past I paid fees to some financial companies and I lost the money. I need advice in this case.

I had a job interview last week, got the job and go for a physical on Mon. for it. Tommorrow, I have another interview with another place, wont know if I get that 1 till Mon. or Tues. The second job is preferrable to me, but dont want to risk the first just in case i dont get the second.

I would like to read some of your experiences as far as settlement amounts for MVA with minor injuries. How much did you get, how long did it take to receive the settlement amounts, was the adjuster rude? My totals are as follows:
Vehicle damage - $7,300.00
Rental - $2,600.00
Loss of wages - $1,640.00
Doc bill - $1,100.00
Total disabled - 1 week
Partial disabled - 30 days
Injuries:
Bruises on lower back, contusion in left shoulder, neck & back sprain, light concussion.

The other driver was at fault - ran a red light and T-boned my car

I am using Turbo Tax to prepare my 2006 taxes. I paid in about $300 in Federal income tax. I had a baby last year as well. After I was done preparing my taxes, it said I was getting a refund of $1600! Is this possible? And is it because of the Child Credit?

I submitted the last bill $1000 for FSA-Dependent account on January 15th and i am told that the deadline for that was Jan-10th.

Do i lose this amount?

Okay, here's the story:
today i was driving down the street i live on, going home. This suburban stops short in front of me, I have to break hard to avoid hitting her (the road had a little bit of snow on it and my brakes are bad). anyway I was all pissed off and i pulled around her and drove home. The lady followed me and little did I know that her son who works at the same place as me was in the car with her. I didn't realize this until a bit later. anyway she starts asking me what I did, i told her that she stopped short for no fuc*king reason, and went in the house. my mom came home 30 seconds later. the lady was talking to my mom, lecturing her and sh*t. then she drove away. my mom wasn't too upset, but now I have to go to work later and see this kid there. i'm worried that he'll get pissed off or something. I realize now that it was wrong of me to yell at her, but like I said I work with her son sometimes. How do I deal with this?

not sure how this works,,,,i am engaged and not sure who should claim our kid, i make 65,0000 and she makes 20,000. the house is in my name, so i will be claiming the interest on the house....does it make a difference who claims her? she said she would get more money back , but isnt it a set amount per kid? any help would be appreciated.... thanks!

Ok i asked a similar ? earliar.... i live with my mom my fiance... the boys father both want to claim my son.... my mom did already but i gave my fiance the SS number not herhe buys everything for him i just live here until we are married next week.... i want him to get it but i cant do that to my mom... he will claim him when his W-2 come in.... and he has the number so what will happen to them... who will get it and will there be trouble..... serious answers plz!!!

- I'm planning to get my bachelor of science in nursing.
- I'll be living in the northeast. (new york, massachussetts...)
- I'll be most likely working with adults (internal medicine, neurology, cardiology.....)
