How much should a Sales Manager make with 7 years experience?

I dont have a bachelors degree but I do have 8 years of college course work in both Idustrial Psychology and Business/Marketing.

3 year Senior Retail Management, 2 years Sales Management Telecommunications, 2 years Sales management Printing/Promotional Products.

Typically Managed Teams of 8 to 12 people as a Sales Manager and worked as Regional Manger with 10 stores under my Supervision as a retail mangager. Prior to that worked as a Store/Department Manager while in college for 4 years.

You didn't give a lot of detail. Sales manager for what industry? How many employees? Which company?
