I had a job interview last week, got the job and go for a physical on Mon. for it. Tommorrow, I have another interview with another place, wont know if I get that 1 till Mon. or Tues. The second job is preferrable to me, but dont want to risk the first just in case i dont get the second.

So do the physical and keep the interview for the job you prefer. You won't know if you don't at least try to get it. Don't tell them that you've already accepted another job. If you get the job that you prefer, then you have to make the decision as to which job is the best fit for you.
Remember to take into account not just the salary, but location, benefit package and advancement opportunities.

Have you signed on the dotted line for the first job as yet? If not, then you are not inclined to take that offer.
Even if you do sign and then get the offer from Job #2, there is nothing legally that can stop you from declining offer #1....you may feel a little bad for doing that, but believe me, they will find another candidate - just like they found you

Can you delay going to the physical? I'd put the first place off a bit until you heard for sure from the 2nd place. Remember this is your career, your life.

Accept the first one and then leave if you get the second one.
Unless you have to sign a contract, then I guess you'd just have to let them know you will inform them of your decision to accept or not on Tues.

Oh man that's rough!!! I would just do what I needed to do to continue with the first one and if everything works out for the second one that you prefer then just go for that one. Good luck!!!
