I have bills of 30K which are mine but partley ran up by ex wife in my name when we were still together.

But they just use a different name on the product. For example, Nyquil and Equate Night Time.....obviously the first is made by Nyquil and the second Walmart. What's up with that?

At my present job, I have an office, telephone and computer to myself. At the new job, I would sit in a narrow hallway with 7 colleagues and maybe have to buy my own laptop. However, I have been dissatisfied where I am from the beginning, because a large percentage of the people I work with are rude and arrogant. Also it looks like they will give the tasks I enjoy doing to someone else and give me more of the tasks I dislike in the future here. A new job could mean a new chance. What should I do?

After 5 hours of sales sharks at me I finally gave in and signed a CONTRACT for this Time Share. I asked the guy if we come into hard times and cant pay the bill can we just loose our time share and not worry about payment. He said yes the $1,100.00 Dollar deposit you put down is incase you use your points on your time share than later you wish to no longer have it you have paid us for the time used.

Well, when I called and said we couldn't afford it they told us iwe were resposible for the $20,000 thousand dollars and if we didn't pay it would go on our credit.

The sales Shark Lied to US. I know we signed the 100 page contract and I should of paid closer attention. We signed the contract at Midnight and I was so tired I screwed up. There really is no good excuse for my dumbass screw up. I

s there anything we can do?

Recently I sold my ipod on ebay, and someone from UK won the bid. He wants me to send the ipod to nigeria. That is no problem. But he wants to send the money via westernunion PayByCash. He gave me a link www.westernunionpaybycash.co.uk ... Is it even a real company? I have heard of western union and pay by cash but not WESTERNUNIONpaybycash....???... How should I know if this is real? I went to western union and asked and they said that if i am awaiting a payment done by western union then I would need the sender's address in order to track the payment I am to receive. I asked my buyer to give me his address but he refuses. Plz advice, or I might just lose my ipod and the money that i need.

In fact I am living in Israel but from West Africa I want to buy somethings from the internet so do I need a credit or visa card....

3 years ago I purchased an item of furniture from a high street retailer on 12 months interest free credit. After several problems with the item they replaced it and I had to set up a new HP agreement (due to the delay in resolution).

Now I've had this item for 2 years now and they haven't taken any money. It is however sitting on my credit reference as a open account.

Now I plan to just do nothing for now as I prefer the money in my account rather than a credit company, but does anyone know if I can get out of paying it altogether or is there a point where thay can't persue payments?
