After 5 hours of sales sharks at me I finally gave in and signed a CONTRACT for this Time Share. I asked the guy if we come into hard times and cant pay the bill can we just loose our time share and not worry about payment. He said yes the $1,100.00 Dollar deposit you put down is incase you use your points on your time share than later you wish to no longer have it you have paid us for the time used.
Well, when I called and said we couldn't afford it they told us iwe were resposible for the $20,000 thousand dollars and if we didn't pay it would go on our credit.
The sales Shark Lied to US. I know we signed the 100 page contract and I should of paid closer attention. We signed the contract at Midnight and I was so tired I screwed up. There really is no good excuse for my dumbass screw up. I
s there anything we can do?

I signed the contract at the end of NOV. The time to cancel is already passed. I haven't even got my time share cards in the mail yet to even use!!

It is possible to cancel the contract, based on when and where you signed it - in some cases, time-share contracts may be cancelled within 5 calendar days after the sale. If you are in the US, check with the State Attorney General's office where the contract was signed.

A 100-page contract, huh?
(Did you read it?)
Here's the deal: if you break a contract, you're responsible to pay for whatever you've used. The court could order you to pay for the whole thing, but it's hard to get money from you for the part of the contract that you DIDN'T use.
I sure sounds to me like you've become responsible for your actions, but you may be able to negotiate and pay only for what you've used. Your argument is that you were misled by the salesman in the form of verbal promises, and you're not making any more payments until you arrive at a reasonable agreement.
(Then watch to see if the company resells your time share. The moment they begin collecting from someone else for the same space, you have another bargaining point. They are doing something called "mitigating their losses" and have very little ground in collecting from you for the same space.)

Well depending on were you live there is a grace period to with draw from the contract you signed this type of people are low and would do or say any thing to you, to get you to pay, its worth it to call a lawyer and ask want you can do. but I would just tell them your not going to pay, you have no money. and if you gave them a check and you can still stop payment then do so.

You need to research the real estate laws in the state you signed
the agreement in--this will tell you if you have any recourse.
Next time, never sign anything you don't read carefully, especially
when it involves large sums of money. And always wait a day
and think about it. There is no deal that can't wait, and I'm
always suspicious of salespeople who push too hard to make
you sign.
Also Real Estate Commission in the state you signed in may be able to tell you how to file a complaint against agent.

better get a lawyer, this is not a small claims type case to do yourself. Anything in writing about what you claim the sales shark said?

You can see a lawyer but I doubt it friend. It's part of their job description to lie, confuse and pressure, knowing that their end is tied up once you sign.
Sorry.
